2017 Key West 197 SKIFF boat is just under 20' 2017 Yamah 90hp 4 stroke 620 hours Boat and motor are in very good condition, runs excellent. Dual batteries. This boat is 7' wide and a very stable platform for fishing or family cruising. Lot's of storage. Flat bottom skiff draws about 8" of water, is very light so you can get into the local spots, or hit the sandbars with ease! It's also a great boat to customize to meet your needs! Total weight boat & trailer aprox 2,000lbs. Garmin Striker 4 GPS fish finder depth guage Variety of life preservers & all USCG stuff Anchor Lines New deck hatches New steering system Engine running perfectly Shifter/throttle recently tuned, shifts perfectly Switch panel could be upgraded (electric horn, stern light, accessory, 12v plug, not working) Boat was being prepped for new bottom paint but is now on a trailer so it's up to the new owner to paint or not paint. There is NO live well but the orignial pump system remains but is not working... both rear compartments (livewell & cooler) are storage only and have access ports into the hull. GAS TANK: the internal tank (30gal) was either leaking or the hose connections were bad so rather than spend two grand and cutting the deck open, I installed a 22 galon, simple, hassle free ABOVE DECK tank and it's working perfectly. 22 gallons will last all day and when it's time to top off, it's as easy as filling up a spare gas can! (3.5gph @ 3500rmp/25mph)... need more fuel, plenty of room to pack a couple portable tanks... very minimal deck space lost with this new set up, the advantages far exceed the disadvantages - see pics. 2016 Magic Tilt trailer in great condition, new bunks installed a few months ago, could use new some new wiring and some new hardware... the trailer is solid and would be worth upgrading a little.
