DESCRIPTION:
For sale is our 2019 Sun Tracker 22 XP3/DLX Sport Fishing Package Tritoon, powered by a 200 HP Mercury FourStroke outboard with only 158 motor hours. This boat has been gently used, meticulously maintained, and is in excellent condition inside and out. We even had the 300 hour service just recently and new batteries, Bimini and cover to keep it pristine. Unfortunately, life threw us a curve and we must now sell. Perfect water on the living room and fishing and waterskiing boat.
NOTE: We store it Dry Docked with Boat Storage at Tracker Boating (Bass Boat Shop) near the airport. Great Service! This is our second boat we have stored there for 20 years. Call them up, they put it in... No fuss, no muss. When you are done, they store it for you. Reasonable rates and lowest in town. This is available if you do not want to tow your boat. It's a convenience worth boating!!!

Storage & Maintenance
The boat was purchased through the Bass Pro Tracker dealership in Bradenton and has been professionally stored and maintained there since ownership. It has been kept dry-docked, and the dealership has handled launching and retrieving the boat for us. This convenient dry-storage and launch service may be available to the new owner for an additional fee through the Tracker Marine boating center.
Anchors: 2 fortress anchors and boating lines included.
