2022 Regulator 28cc.. twin Yamaha F300NSB2 engines/ FIRE DAMAGED

I have a 2022 regulator 28cc That has major fire damage!! The good is everything from the engine bracket back.. Twin Yamaha F300NSB2 engines .. I do not have the rigging or the software to make these engines run.. They will spin with the starter If I jump them, they will trim up and down hooked directly to battery pack.. Selling for the cost of the engines.. I can deliver anywhere for a fee as the trailer is not included but available for additional cost..
