catalina 30

so, I am selling my Catalina 30 sailboat because health kicks me back to shore.
traditional layout,
propane cook top but no oven. (propane cylinder included)
she is propelled by wind or a 15hp outboard motor. (inboard was toast so it was removed for increased storage and thru hull sealed)
all new thru hull fittings except for speed and depth transducer, and they can be done quickly and easily where it is
she has an inboard tank for fuel as well as a couple portable tanks
roller furling head sail with new forestay
EVERYTHING up the mast was replace with new parts summer of '24
head is a new manual flush
2 freshwater tanks totaling about 60 gal (if memory serves)
new macerator pump for black water holding tank discharge.
plumbed for a shower, but no shower head
led nave lights
new chart plotter
new radio
new handheld radio
dingy (oars-no motor)
new gooseneck

I was going to go to central America and beyond in this boat, and was very pleased with how she sailed in blue water.
I sailed her from Seattle, Wa to Charleston, Oregon. she has been on the hard since October. this would be a great time to see her out of the water for any inspections you choose to make!
I will sell her in place now for . the price will go up as I take her back north to the strait of juan de fucca. when she arrives in the strait of juan de fucca, the price will increase.
