Ericson 35’ Sailboat (price dropped AGAIN)

Our beautiful Ericson is for sale. This sailboat has been well maintained and has had a brand new Beta Marine diesel engine installed. This engine only has 600 hours on it and is rated for 10,000 hours!!!! The engine has just been serviced including fuel filter, oil filter, and impeller replacement and won’t have to be serviced until 2026. Propeller and bottom paint are in good condition no blistering or abnormalities. Standing and running rigging is all in good condition, we have sailed in heavy wind and have had many trips to the Catalina with no issues. You won’t find another Ericson with bones as good as this.
